Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eliseu Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevin Carballal hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Cazalla in the 42nd minute of play forced Saiko FC's goalkeeper Zé Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 56 in the game by Maximiliano Escribano from a close distance when the talented Zé Sabóia managed to make a qualified save. Saiko FC's players were relieved. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Saiko FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmir Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walmir Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Jairo Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Saiko FC's zone, Francisco Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Sabóia came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Mateus Catarinense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Seco in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zé Sabóia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Eliseu Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-4. The Uruguay players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Saiko FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
