Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eliseu Fonseca made the kick off which started today's match. Eliseu Fonseca took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Saiko FC's Walmir Garcia. But to his dismay, Walmir Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Zé Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Eliseu Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, Hugo Ferrant threw the ball into play from the sideline. Saiko FC's Mateus Catarinense quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Walmir Garcia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Walmir Garcia slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 37th minute. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Saiko FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmir Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Josué Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Saiko FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josué Gonçalves couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. Zé Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Eliseu Fonseca notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 63 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Fonseca came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 67th minute of play. Eliseu Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saiko FC's Wesley Lira managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hugo Ferrant in the 71 minute of the game. When Axel Tasis came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Tasis couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Fonseca came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saiko FC's Mateus Catarinense got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Saiko FC had played much better football throughout.
