In the 53rdth minute of the game Hermann Luscher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VB-Team's Armindo Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Gerster came free, but Armindo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Tom Gerster sped through VB-Team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Armindo Salgado. In the 90th minute Pekin Energin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jamal Roye in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armindo Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Traian Hăvârneanu in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prospero Goethe saved Friesenwerdermoor from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Friesenwerdermoor fans cheered their team off the field, for while VB-Team had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
