Kind of Blue's Anastasios Pallini was substituted for Joel Gaxan. 23 minutes into the match, Radomil Redisz notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle. Wilhelm Galle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wilhelm Galle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elodio Ghinescu in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 37 minutes into the match, FC MCM's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Käller came free, but Manuel Tufescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Käller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 played minutes FC MCM got a freekick which was hit by Leontin Toma.

The corner led FC MCM's Leontin Toma to fire away a dangerous shot which Wilhelm Galle despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Käller got free with Manuel Tufescu in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manuel Tufescu made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Sebastian Käller sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Tufescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
