Paraguay's Jacobo Nores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Paraguay from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Xavier Zoido hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Jan Skýpala managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Skýpala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Skýpala in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Nores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Zoltán Petržela in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias. In the 67th minute, Iker Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s Aleksandër Cabrera was substituted for Václav Rejda. The supporters of A.A. Čhecos Jrs. booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Nores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of A.A. Čhecos Jrs. booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Skýpala in the 95th minute of play. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Skýpala in the 96th minute of play.
