When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomás Gaizko made a kick off. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Valentín Carvallo hit a great ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Tomás Gaizko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomás Gaizko scored 8-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Tomás Gaizko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 62 minutes into the match, Tomás Gaizko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robbrecht Colebinders in the 96th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Correla q va en Chancleta's Robbrecht Colebinders in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal.
