If Abram Luque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Ruben in the 30th minute of play. Feliks Drzewucki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. Gervasio Ramos struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Kuskatan C.F.. After 43 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Moises Fernandino.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliks Drzewucki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Ramos in the 51st minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Gervasio Ramos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
