The crowd rose to their feet as Gigel Bucur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacobo Nores. That made the score 2-0 in the 6 minute of play. After 9 played minutes Gigel Bucur rounded Paraguay's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Jacobo Nores was a little too slow when Gigel Bucur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 4-0. Jacobo Nores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gigel Bucur in the 18th minute. 18 minutes in the game, Gigel Bucur dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Gigel Bucur dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores, 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Toronto Marlies FC's Gigel Bucur slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacobo Nores. That made the score 6-0 after 26 minutes of play. When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, Daniel Passarelli kicked in his highest speed and managed to shoot a ball that bounced on the left post and went on into the goal. Result 7-0. Jacobo Nores was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Gigel Bucur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gigel Bucur really showed his touch with that goal: 9-0. After 43 played minutes Gigel Bucur rounded Paraguay's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 10-0. 47 minutes into the match, Gigel Bucur dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores, 11-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 11-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gigel Bucur to strike the kick off in the second half. Toronto Marlies FC's Tracy Narcisse quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jose Sanz, made in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 53rdth minute of the game Gigel Bucur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 56th minute of the match Toronto Marlies FC got a corner. Paraguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tracy Narcisse ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gigel Bucur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. In the 60th minute Gigel Bucur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Passarelli came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigel Bucur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Bucur in the 68th minute of the match. Toronto Marlies FC made a substitution. Noel Hamlin replaced Fatsali Bedirhan. Toronto Marlies FC's Josiah Ferland was substituted for Daniel Passarelli. 76 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Bucur came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gigel Bucur in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. The Toronto Marlies FC fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Toronto Marlies FC's Gigel Bucur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 13-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gigel Bucur might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gigel Bucur ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Bucur, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. When Ian Pansby came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Toronto Marlies FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ian Pansby couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Ian Pansby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Ian Pansby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Toronto Marlies FC fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Toronto Marlies FC's Gigel Bucur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 14-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gigel Bucur scored 15-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Nores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Toronto Marlies FC's Gigel Bucur. But to his dismay, Gigel Bucur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. Toronto Marlies FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
