Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ernesto Poncio took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Poncio came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Kevin Carballal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Beldad's late challenge caught a Yofré AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Beldad helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Bruno Beldad hit a great ball. Yofré AFC's Venancio Cesario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 19th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Covarrubias. Denis Ibañez, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Poncio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Poncio took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Mateo Messi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Poncio in the 42nd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Yofré AFC's Joaquin Gayoso threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ernesto Poncio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Yofré AFC were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Uruguay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Denis Ibañez took the corner. Denis Ibañez made a great header on Yofré AFC's corner, it was just that Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso managed to reach the ball for a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Seco was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute of the game Carlos Dolfo made a throw-in which Melchor Quintyn played forward. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Poncio in the 62nd minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Beldad to maneuver through the defense. Yofré AFC made a substitution. Jonatan Regis replaced Carlos Dolfo. If Alberto Gisbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Poncio in the 77th minute of play. Venancio Cesario was a little too slow when Francisco Seco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 3-1. The audience was convinced that Mateo Messi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 94th minute of the game.
