Joško Van Landschoot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, ISPARTASPOR U21's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Michel van der Bij reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Gelmiro in the 22nd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Joško Van Landschoot recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thiago Pliego. Joško Van Landschoot showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind ISPARTASPOR U21's goalkeeper Michel van der Bij, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joško Van Landschoot in the 32nd minute. Guillermo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40 played minutes ISPARTASPOR U21 got a freekick which was hit by Frances Sánchez. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Gelmiro in the 46th minute of the match. Omar Gelmiro succeeded in the game's 46th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Omar Gelmiro to make the kick off. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel van der Bij having to interfere. After 60th play minutes Mariano Lacasa shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Michel van der Bij and just under the crossbar into goal. 62 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Joško Van Landschoot came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Gelmiro's late challenge caught a Chile's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omar Gelmiro helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes ISPARTASPOR U21 got a freekick which was hit by Omar Gelmiro. Francisco Carballar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Michel van der Bij tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Mariano Lacasa took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Michel van der Bij to make any attempt to save it. 72 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Chile's Mariano Lacasa fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. ISPARTASPOR U21 made a substitution. Jim Houwing replaced Frances Sánchez. In the 75th minute Joško Van Landschoot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel van der Bij didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joško Van Landschoot in the 80th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ISPARTASPOR U21's Michel van der Bij proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save ISPARTASPOR U21 from getting a goal against them.
