Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dalmacio Iago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Cresitobalo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Dalmacio Iago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juan Rubio hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Juan Rubio. When Eliseo Noboa fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Eliseo Noboa a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Iago in the 33rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Ondino kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Melquiades Maura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Maura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Eliseo Noboa took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melquiades Maura. Melquiades Maura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dalmacio Iago was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. In the 60thth minute of the game Dalmacio Iago who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Ondino, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Iago had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dalmacio Iago was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 74th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Maura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Iago in the 76th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Iago charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Iago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 played minutes Chuscha FC - Ψ - got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Iago. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Iago in the 94th minute of play. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
