Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Arturo Christobal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luckas Baert in the 7th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Arturo Christobal notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. A hard shot by Salvador Gil from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Jonathan Ferrant's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Luckas Baert capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luckas Baert really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Generoso Egun in the 21 minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Luckas Baert sent off a good shot on target. Julian Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes in the game Generoso Egun did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Anastasio Tibalt. After a rather tough play, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Dionisio Hug got a free kick in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Christobal came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Generoso Egun made in the 45th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Anastasio Tibalt. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. In the 51st minute of the game Generoso Egun made a throw-in which Anastasio Tibalt played forward. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute Arturo Christobal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Christobal in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 were awarded a corner. Salvador Gil went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's corner Salvador Gil fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Generoso Egun got a free kick in the 71st minute. 73 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Christobal came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
