Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Martin Istad in the 8th minute of play. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Martin Istad came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Rafe in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Alvarado to maneuver through the defense. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Teofilio in the 21st minute of play. Enrique Bologna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rdth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Masters United F.C.'s Enrique Bologna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Julian Murillo sped through Masters United F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enrique Bologna. Enrique Bologna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of the match. Hans-Martin Istad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Florencio Rafe could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Rolando Noboa however easily saved by the left post. Enrique Bologna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Masters United F.C. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Anselmo Ted hit a great ball. In the 41st match minute, Masters United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Teofilio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 43rd minute of play forced Masters United F.C.'s goalkeeper Enrique Bologna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. A collision led to Masters United F.C. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. In the 74th minute, Luz Tejedor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Bologna was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans-Martin Istad, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Saverio Teofilio made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. Enrique Bologna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Enrique Bologna had great luck who in the 86thth minute grab hold of the ball when Rafael Gallo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The attack was good, but when Rafael Gallo in the 86th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal.
