Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 3rd minute of play. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lars Norberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lars Norberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Atakan Pepe kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 18th minute of play forced spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to spikarna getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Kaj Hård hit a great ball. After 20 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lars Norberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Alberto Tafalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Norberg was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. When spikarna's Kaj Hård in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. The throw-in from Sven Nordkvist in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mexico's Facundo Cadaval. In the 37thth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but spikarna's Lars Norberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atakan Pepe got free with Dante Lacasa in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Nordkvist came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when spikarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atakan Pepe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Norberg having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Norberg having to interfere. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaj Hård in the 69th minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niklas Söderberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, spikarna's Atakan Pepe got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th of the match, Joel Gaona tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Lars Norberg got in the way and made a wonderful save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atakan Pepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Alberto Tafalla scored 0-5 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lars Norberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the match, spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. In the 88th match minute, spikarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Lewicki to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Lars Norberg made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Facundo Cadaval got free with Lars Norberg in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
