Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Nelsinho Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Guará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Nelsinho Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Guará FC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nelsinho Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Nelsinho Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 15th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Pedro Baiano in the 19th minute of the match. Abraham Alguacil who after having made a long run got a chance for a shot on goal. Despite a couple of nice moves Nelsinho Nascimento's wasn't to be fooled and made an easy save when Abraham Alguacil was beeing forced to shoot. Abraham Alguacil did an outstanding performance 24 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-1 to the right of an irritated Nelsinho Nascimento in the goal. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Lachezar Dzhevov came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Guará FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lachezar Dzhevov couldn't finish the play. If Ronaldão Paulista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 40th minute Ronaldão Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nelsinho Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Ronaldão Paulista notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Zé Pedro Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ronaldão Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronaldão Paulista to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Guará FC's Ronaldão Paulista. But to his dismay, Ronaldão Paulista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Harold Willson kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Panama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abraham Alguacil in the 65th minute. In the 70th minute Ronaldão Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guará FC's Nelsinho Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 72nd minute of play. Tiago Gabriel Vieira's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiago Gabriel Vieira helped the player get up and apologised. 79 minutes into the match, Guará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Nelsinho Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldão Paulista in the 83rd minute of play. Erlingur Haaland took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nelsinho Nascimento prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
