Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bedrettin Özguven stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rafael Gallo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Erhun Bilek made a huge save. When Kylan Mbappè came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Palestine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kylan Mbappè couldn't finish the play. Palestine succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Peru had controlled the match.
