But to his dismay, Raúl Jiménez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 王城骋's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the match, 『盛世メ名門』随遇而安's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Agnaldo Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Jose Manzanedo made in the 53rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Orlando Casaus immediately put the ball in play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Agnaldo Guimarães in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agnaldo Guimarães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Alan Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, 王城骋 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 王城骋 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Jose Manzanedo hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, 王城骋 notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
