MAZER SAF's Beraldo Soberano shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 12th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcos Cotilla but with some difficulty. Rodrigo Garro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Miguel Miralles hit a great ball. When Dudu Berger fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MAZER SAF's protests and gave Dudu Berger a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Dudu Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Dedê Mota sent off a good shot on target. After 25 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Ros. Alex Cambeiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adriano Carneiro having to make a save. Marcos Cotilla was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Nelsinho Koehler capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nelsinho Koehler really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Rodrigo Garros short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Marcos Cotilla to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento got a free kick in the 40th minute. Beraldo Soberano kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Adriano Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Nelsinho Koehler made the kick off in the second half. Adriano Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The supporters of MAZER SAF booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Alguacil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudu Berger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adriano Carneiro came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Miguel Miralles. But to his dismay, Miguel Miralles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 61 minutes into the match, Dudu Berger notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nelsinho Koehler, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Adriano Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute Nelsinho Koehler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
