Julian Murillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl-Johan Ahlqvist having to make a save. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of the match. Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 18th minute of play. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by D.J. Gol. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by D.J. Gol in the 32nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Enekoitz hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Rolando Noboa was a little too slow when Gerardo Hitz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-0.

Enzo-Nicolás Pérez hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Black Rose 1979's Éder Neto got a free kick in the 55th minute. Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 63rd minute of play. Joaquin Prats kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Milagros Fraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th match minute, Black Rose 1979 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastián Cassin to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 76th minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Matorin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo-Nicolás Pérez came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. After a rather tough play, Peru's Efraim Gilabert got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Johan Ahlqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Black Rose 1979's goalkeeper Karl-Johan Ahlqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Waldemar Matorin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The Black Rose 1979 support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
