In the 38thth minute of the game Wladyslaw Kluczyk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cudgee's Alvin Marsland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Alvin Marsland successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the game, Cudgee's Ian Sedgman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Milosz Jaruzelski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Franciszek Wolicki came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Klub Sportowy Pszczółki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franciszek Wolicki couldn't finish the play. Kazimierz Pankiewicz was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Milosz Jaruzelski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Conner Wright. If Florian Brysz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
