Jan Bykowski struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC - Curitiba. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 4th minute of play forced AFC - Curitiba's goalkeeper Fausto da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto da Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 4th minute of the match. AFC - Curitiba's Fausto da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 4th minute of play. Jan Bykowski took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Camilo Covarrubias got a free kick in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Bykowski. In the 19th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Bykowski in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Jan Bykowski lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Joaquin Gayoso. After a rather tough play, AFC - Curitiba's Zhang Yin Si got a free kick in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Bykowski got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan Bykowski scored 3-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Fábio Borges hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Jan Bykowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC - Curitiba's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Bykowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A sloppy throw-in by Luiz Fábio Borges in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Jan Bykowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jan Bykowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Joaquin Gayoso didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when AFC - Curitiba's Jan Bykowski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The wind increased when Jan Bykowski made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes AFC - Curitiba got a freekick which was hit by Wanderson Oliveira. After having played for 56 minutes, Jaime Cazalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Cazalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Jan Bykowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Jan Bykowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Bykowski in the 61st minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Beldad kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When Silvio Asier came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the AFC - Curitiba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Asier couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Jan Bykowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Bykowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Kevin Carballal kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, AFC - Curitiba's Silvio Asier tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 73rd match minute, AFC - Curitiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Setara to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Bykowski in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. After 83 minutes of play, AFC - Curitiba's Jan Bykowski made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! AFC - Curitiba's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Silvio Asier in the 87th minute. The corner led AFC - Curitiba's Lucjan Setara to fire away a dangerous shot which Joaquin Gayoso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Bykowski in the 90th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Gisbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Fausto da Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to AFC - Curitiba getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Lucjan Setara hit a great ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. AFC - Curitiba were victorious despite being under pressure from Uruguay for much of the match.
