Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joseph Asklöv took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Los Materos FC's Aaron Molina got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Nojus Barasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Lazaros Kabantais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Los Materos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Asklöv came free, but Lazaros Kabantais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horacio Abajas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Punta in the 23rd minute of play forced Los Materos FC's goalkeeper Lazaros Kabantais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute Filomeno Mendebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Saturnin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Filomeno Mendebal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Urbano Saturnin was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Deng Jian Bing's late challenge caught a Los Materos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Deng Jian Bing helped the player get up and apologised. Lazaros Kabantais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Punta, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Filomeno Mendebal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Urbano Saturnin. That made the score 1-0 in the 37 minute of play. If Eleuterio Rufio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sao Brasola getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Iwo Pawlik hit a great ball. If Joseph Asklöv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filomeno Mendebal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Saturnin having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filomeno Mendebal to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Los Materos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Ugaitz to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute of the match Deng Jian Bing sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lazaros Kabantais skillfully saved the ball. In the 56th minute of the match Los Materos FC got a corner. Sao Brasola's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Horacio Abajas ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 61st minute Joseph Asklöv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazaros Kabantais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nojus Barasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lazaros Kabantais having to make a save. Lazaros Kabantais made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Nojus Barasa sent off a good shot on target. Los Materos FC's Tincho Palermo was substituted for Filomeno Mendebal. Los Materos FC's Braulio Milian was substituted for Carlos Larpe. In the 78th minute Los Materos FC were awarded a corner. Braulio Milian went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tincho Palermo in the 84th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbano Saturnin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Milian in the 87th minute of the match. Deng Jian Bing hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Urbano Saturnin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Salvidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 minutes Sao Brasola's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Braulio Milian who took care of the corner kick. Braulio Milian made a great header on Los Materos FC's corner, it was just that Sao Brasola's Urbano Saturnin managed to reach the ball for a save. If Tincho Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
