After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Jan Tõnuri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Jan Tõnuri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 5th minute of play forced ◇Mz.Dream◆Blue Snail FC's goalkeeper Matthew Benjamin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Jan Tõnuri dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Axel Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matthew Benjamin was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Benjamin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Abram Sarmiento notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of ◇Mz.Dream◆Blue Snail FC's Matthew Benjamin. Matthew Benjamin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Narciso Vallejo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Matthew Benjamin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 37th minute of play. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
