Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cyrus Crouch took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gerard Reed hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Miguel Beltre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Freixa was a little too slow when Miguel Beltre got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Ferrant scored 1-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruce Nesbitt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruce Nesbitt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Alfredo Ferrant struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Bruce Nesbitt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolivia. A collision led to Cosmos Soccer Club getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Gerard Reed hit a great ball. Bolivia's Mario Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyrus Crouch in the 47th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Fernandino to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Alejandro Villa got a free kick in the 51st minute. Russ Thorne might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Freixa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Russ Thorne ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 57th minute, Russ Thorne made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Eduardo Fontirroig might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruce Nesbitt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduardo Fontirroig ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Joshua Miralles hit a great ball. Cyrus Crouch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Freixa having to make a save. In the 70th minute Julio Chicote shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruce Nesbitt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Cyrus Crouch came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruce Nesbitt made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Mario Fernandino sent off a good shot on target. Bruce Nesbitt made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Eduardo Fontirroig sent off a good shot on target. Eduardo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig suffered a concussion after 90 minutes and had to leave the field. 90 minutes into the game, Gerard Reed was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cosmos Soccer Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bolivia the free kick. Gerard Reed kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Miguel Beltre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cosmos Soccer Club had won after a very even match.
