Fernando Redondo got a throw-in 3 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luca Savinov. 6 minutes into the match, Andries De Putter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franko Armani. Teodelina FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andries De Putter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a little luck, AFC United's Lei Bin got control of the ball when Siro Porfiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Siro Porfiro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 9th playminute. In the 12th minute Luca Savinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lei Bin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of AFC United booed when Teodelina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Redondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes AFC United got a freekick which was hit by Ken vrolix. 24 minutes into the match, AFC United's goalkeeper Lei Bin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luca Savinov. Lei Bin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from López Heredia, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A collision led to AFC United getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Isaac Fernandez hit a great ball. Franko Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andries De Putter in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, AFC United's goalkeeper Lei Bin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Siro Porfiro. AFC United's Lei Bin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save AFC United from getting a goal against them. Lei Bin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Savinov in the 40th minute of the match. Bilintx Trilla's late challenge caught a Teodelina FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bilintx Trilla helped the player get up and apologised. 43 minutes into the game, one of AFC United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

The wind increased when López Heredia made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Fernando Redondo in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AFC United's Patricio Caminero. Lei Bin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Buzoianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AFC United's Lei Bin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Porfiro in the 58th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andries De Putter in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franko Armani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Siro Porfiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Franko Armani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andries De Putter went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Lei Bin came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Teodelina FC's Silvano Baladi. But to his dismay, Silvano Baladi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Silvano Baladi might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lei Bin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvano Baladi ran back to his position shaking his head. Lei Bin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Baladi in the 84th minute of play. Lei Bin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Baladi in the 94th minute of the match. The AFC United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AFC United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
