Mustafa Cumhur Gök took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, DENVER™'s goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Mustafa Cumhur Gök reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Seb Hedges managed to get in a good position for a shot. DENVER™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Seb Hedges was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Cumhur Gök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Beto Maranhense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of DENVER™ booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Leoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Seb Hedges to make the kick off. Mexico were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing DENVER™ to leave the ground with a draw.
