Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Original Sabahan's Egil Kilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 6th minute of play. When Original Sabahan's Joko Waluyo in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Original Sabahan's Yao Jian Lei managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Macos Graciani in the 12 minute of the game. Cristoforo Strazzabosco kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Kilberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egil Kilberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Original Sabahan's goalkeeper Egil Kilberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Kilberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Fadhly Haryanto-Ie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Original Sabahan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 39 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fadhly Haryanto-Ie. Fadhly Haryanto-Ie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. In the 46th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 48th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joko Waluyo was the one to do the kick off. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fadhly Haryanto-Ie in the 52nd minute of play. After 56 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Macos Graciani. Egil Kilberg came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhly Haryanto-Ie, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fadhly Haryanto-Ie in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 69 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 71st minute of play forced Original Sabahan's goalkeeper Egil Kilberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Original Sabahan's Yahya Kılıçaslan in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. After 73 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aristide Mirciulescu who took care of the corner kick. Aristide Mirciulescu made a great header on Original Sabahan's corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. 76 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Yahya Kılıçaslan came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When André Luís Tande fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Original Sabahan's protests and gave André Luís Tande a yellow card for diving instead. André Luís Tande hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when Original Sabahan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luís Tande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egil Kilberg made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Mancebo had several of the Original Sabahan's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 85 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Egil Kilberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Mexico booed when Original Sabahan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fadhly Haryanto-Ie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yahya Kılıçaslan in the 90th minute of the match.
