That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 7th minute of the match. Jeremy Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeremy Nicholas. New England Minas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cassius Byrne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Oscar Nordmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 22nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Edgardo Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. New England Minas's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgardo Silva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Oscar Nordmark hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the New England Minas defense, Monty Rogers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremy Nicholas. The New England Minas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremy Nicholas should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute of the match, Edgardo Silva tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Day saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 32nd minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 played minutes New England Minas got a freekick which was hit by Lalo Rosas. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 35th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. New England Minas's Tio Lio got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by New England Minas's Edgardo Silva. But to his dismay, Edgardo Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.

In the 50thth minute of the game Monty Rogers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeremy Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 58 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Silva came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, New England Minas's Edgardo Silva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. New England Minas made a substitution. Alperen Öksüz replaced Tio Lio. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Jeremy Nicholas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 68th match minute, New England Minas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sam Campbells short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Jeremy Nicholas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jeremy Nicholas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 83rd minute. Sam Campbell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Khalid Parry scored 3-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremy Nicholas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
