Branco FC made a substitution. Eugenio Rio replaced Mehmet Halis İley. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Claris in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 56th minute of play forced Branco FC's goalkeeper Aaron Inge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aaron Inge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 62nd minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 64th minute. The supporters of Mexico booed when Branco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Nordin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aaron Inge came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Branco FC's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Inge came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aaron Inge made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the game, Branco FC's 孟源枫 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Eugenio Rio kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Branco FC.
