Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julian Murillo got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olli Fiedler in the 4th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Prats came free, but Robert Davison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olli Fiedler, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Tiburcio Tabor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru's attentive Luz Tejedor managed to snatch the ball when Marcial Iigo made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. Robert Davison stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After 29 played minutes Sportivo Luan Toro got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Iigo. After having played for 33 minutes, Jo Barone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Luan Toro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jo Barone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Milagros Fraga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Davison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 41st minute of play forced Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olli Fiedler, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Sportivo Luan Toro were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guaberto Bento took the corner.

The wind increased when Olli Fiedler made the kick off in the second half. Jo Barone struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Rolando Noboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo Luan Toro. Robert Davison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 54th minute. Sportivo Luan Toro made a substitution. Justino Roland replaced Alberto Fidencio. The corner led Peru's Milagros Fraga to fire away a dangerous shot which Robert Davison despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Benjamin Sundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Luan Toro's zone, Moises Gayoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Davison came out of the goal and Moises Gayoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Davison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru made a substitution. After 86 minutes of play, Sportivo Luan Toro's Martins Palermo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Robert Davison successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 94 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Martins Palermo came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 95th minute of play. The Sportivo Luan Toro support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
