Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tạ Bom. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Damas having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Esquadrão Lusitano's Cândido Machado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 12 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Sarmiento. In the 13th minute of the match Tạ Bom sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla skillfully saved the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cândido Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Cândido Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. After 21 played minutes Esquadrão Lusitano got a freekick which was hit by Sidónio Pereira. 23 minutes into the match, Esquadrão Lusitano's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Vítor Damas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes Panama's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tạ Bom who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Esquadrão Lusitano's Tạ Bom to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcos Cotilla despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Luís Santana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Vítor Damas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla was a little too slow when Cândido Machado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 3-0. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cândido Machado in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cândido Machado's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Abraham Alguacil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vítor Damas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Filomeno Esiquio hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The audience cheered loudly when Abraham Alguacil's long shot in the 56th minute became 3-1 when the ball went to the left of and passed Vítor Damas. In the 61st minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cândido Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Miguel Miralles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Esquadrão Lusitano's Filomeno Esiquio got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 76 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Alguacil. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Santana in the 81st minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Esquadrão Lusitano.
