Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Svante Pihlgren kicked off to start the match. Svante Pihlgren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Demonde Jacobson came out and tried to block the shot, but Svante Pihlgren slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Marko Norström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brothers of Mercy's supporters rose to their feet, but Marko Norström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demonde Jacobson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Brothers of Mercy's Nils Wikander got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kordal Duff to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Svante Pihlgren took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Demonde Jacobson to make any attempt to save it. 15 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Pihlgren came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Pihlgren in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anders Svensson got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anders Svensson took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 31st match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamaall Padmore to maneuver through the defense. Jarell Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leron Sale's late challenge caught a Brothers of Mercy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leron Sale helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Leron Sale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 minutes of play, Jamaica's Finlay Stair made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Erik Kihlman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Svante Pihlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demonde Jacobson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 5-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Svante Pihlgren in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Demonde Jacobson saved Jamaica from getting behind. Svante Pihlgren took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. In the 71st minute Marko Norström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Pihlgren in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Marko Norström made a precise shot to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. 86 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Norström came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 89 minutes, Svante Pihlgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brothers of Mercy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Svante Pihlgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Brothers of Mercy's Karl-Erik Kihlman got control of the ball when Romon Oliver tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Karlus Waugh got a free kick in the 91st minute. Jarell Hill kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Marko Norström charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marko Norström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. There was no doubt that Brothers of Mercy were the better team. Brothers of Mercy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
