Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfred Olsson started the match with the kick off. Alfred Olsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ennio Daniele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmed Sinan got a throw-in 10 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ennio Daniele. In the 15thth minute of the game Luís Fábio Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calenzano's Donato Balestra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Higinio Aguilera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Olsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The corner led to Calenzano's Ennio Daniele getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Feliciano Haritzeder got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute Alfred Olsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Aguilera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Higinio Aguilera got control of the ball when Alfred Olsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute of the game Ahmed Sinan made a throw-in which Ennio Daniele played forward. In the 31st minute Luís Fábio Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Balestra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Calenzano booed when Los Hijos de Doña Beija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Sandaili didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonello Di Toma kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. 49 minutes into the match, Calenzano's goal looked a bit too open when Jyrki Sillanpää came free, but Donato Balestra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Indiana Jones to make the kick off. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Higinio Aguilera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ennio Daniele in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Ciro Osasun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Ciro Osasun got a free kick in the 62nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Antonello Di Toma got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Higinio Aguilera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 70 minutes into the match, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Tedeschi came free, but Higinio Aguilera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st match minute, Los Hijos de Doña Beija was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hu Xiong Zhen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Di Toma in the 72nd minute of play forced Los Hijos de Doña Beija's goalkeeper Higinio Aguilera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donato Balestra made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Jyrki Sillanpää sent off a good shot on target. Higinio Aguilera came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Calenzano's Comunardo Chizzo. But to his dismay, Comunardo Chizzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jyrki Sillanpää got free with Donato Balestra in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donato Balestra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indiana Jones in the 89th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Arturo Di Matteo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Aguilera was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Feliciano Haritzeder came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Donato Balestra could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jyrki Sillanpää got free with Donato Balestra in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
