Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. A collision led to JURIDIQUES F.C getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Thomás Vianna hit a great ball. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Germano Rebelo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 9th minute of play forced JURIDIQUES F.C's goalkeeper Dráuzio Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dráuzio Abraão. JURIDIQUES F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. JURIDIQUES F.C's Dráuzio Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by JURIDIQUES F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Agustín Saelices almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but JURIDIQUES F.C's Dráuzio Abraão did a great save. Agustín Saelices might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dráuzio Abraão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustín Saelices ran back to his position shaking his head. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Dráuzio Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Germano Rebelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dráuzio Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Germano Rebelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JURIDIQUES F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After 44 played minutes JURIDIQUES F.C got a freekick which was hit by Germano Rebelo. During the 45th minute of the match Thomás Vianna completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Thomás Vianna a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.

Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dráuzio Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Carl-Chester Derby hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Germano Rebelo got his second yellow card in the match during the 63rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to JURIDIQUES F.C getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Germano Rebelo hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Felix Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 76th minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dráuzio Abraão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to JURIDIQUES F.C getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Carl-Chester Derby hit a great ball. Dráuzio Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 83rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Dráuzio Abraão in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. JURIDIQUES F.C's Dráuzio Abraão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save JURIDIQUES F.C from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by JURIDIQUES F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. JURIDIQUES F.C's Dráuzio Abraão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save JURIDIQUES F.C from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dráuzio Abraão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. Ecuador played a much better game than JURIDIQUES F.C and deserved their victory. The JURIDIQUES F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
