All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artemio Urbasa took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. With a little luck, Globalización's Dante Frascuelo got control of the ball when Lautaro Puig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alexander Carballo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Bingen, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Ruperto Bingen made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0.
