A collision led to DIPLOMATA FC PAB getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. José Augusto Lara hit a great ball. Chico Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano threw the ball into play from the sideline. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Kenny Rothwell quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Olivier Gilg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olivier Gilg got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15thth minute of the game Olivier Gilg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The DIPLOMATA FC PAB fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olivier Gilg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 27 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olivier Gilg. If Olivier Gilg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Olivier Gilg sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. DIPLOMATA FC PAB made a substitution. Arnulfo Dolfos replaced Alan Franco. In the 45th minute, one of DIPLOMATA FC PAB:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for DIPLOMATA FC PAB. DIPLOMATA FC PAB:s Chico Donato showed great skill when he stopped Tomas Illescas:s penalty. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Roberto Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After 61 minutes of play, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olivier Gilg made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roberto Lopes took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Lopes in the 72nd minute of play. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Chico Donato when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 77thth minute of the game Roberto Lopes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olivier Gilg, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Roberto Lopes scored 8-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. DIPLOMATA FC PAB made a substitution. Rodrigo Cisterna replaced Arnulfo Dolfos. In the 94th minute, Roberto Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Olivier Gilg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 100 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olivier Gilg who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Olivier Gilg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. DIPLOMATA FC PAB fully deserved thier win.
