Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Emesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerom Quvelirs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerom Quvelirs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Colombia booed when 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dabi Lorden didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976 getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ladislao Ticho hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 45th minute of play forced 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's goalkeeper Jerom Quvelirs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 58 minutes of play, 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's Dabi Lorden made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 马海乐, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dabi Lorden in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. In the 64th minute, Santino Seco made a precise shot to the right of Jerom Quvelirs. 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Dabi Lorden scored 4-4 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Elmut Kellu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 87 minutes, Dabi Lorden made it 5-4 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A throw-in in the 91st minute of the game was made by Per Stiig Beisel with Dabi Lorden as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A sloppy throw-in by Elmut Kellu in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Abram Secada.
