Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Arsenio Erico sent off a good shot on target. Andy Gimm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. StardustRevolution's Oscar Santo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Oscar Santo took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Oscar Santo struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for StardustRevolution. 39 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Santo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Genaro Eskuin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

StardustRevolution made a substitution. Piara Santo replaced Genaro Eskuin. StardustRevolution's Eduardo Vasco was substituted for Arsenio Erico. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Vasco in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, StardustRevolution's Andy Gimm got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Andy Gimm made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Oscar Santo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Santo in the 76th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piara Santo in the 77th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Camilo Gisbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the StardustRevolution players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gisbert. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Vasco in the 93rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the StardustRevolution defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andy Gimm. The StardustRevolution fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andy Gimm should have stopped the shot. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because StardustRevolution had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
