Giraldo Costa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leonel Abilio. Sinforoso Candamil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeronimo Raitin in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sinforoso Candamil saved Sitges FC from getting behind. Leonel Abilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaspar Negro to strike the kick off in the second half. Feliberto Palermo's late challenge caught a Sitges FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Palermo helped the player get up and apologised. Leonel Abilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Fernandez in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Arthur Morgan´s Club's Simon Leoncio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sinforoso Candamil. Sinforoso Candamil yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Jeronimo Raitin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sinforoso Candamil came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeronimo Raitin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 69th minute. In the 74th minute of the match Montrel Guijarro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonel Abilio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Leonel Fernandez scored 2-3 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonel Abilio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee ignored Sitges FC's protests and gave Leonel Fernandez a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sitges FC's Leonel Fernandez got a free kick in the 94th minute. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

If Feliberto Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 104 minutes into the match, Sitges FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Logan came free, but Sinforoso Candamil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 105 played minutes Gaspar Negro rounded Arthur Morgan´s Club's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-3.
