Leonardo Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clóvis de Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Leonardo Vargas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santos Fidensio went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 14 minutes, Clóvis de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cascatinha United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clóvis de Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cascatinha United's Geovanni Hoffmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo MacAlister in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Clóvis de Senna notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Akira アキラ's Leonardo Vargas. Leonardo Vargas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jürgen Klinsmann came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Geovanni Hoffmann could save by the left post. 21 minutes into the game, Jürgen Klinsmann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Geovanni Hoffmann. In the 25th minute Hermínio Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Fidensio struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Leonardo Vargas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cascatinha United. Edgar Rocha hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo MacAlister in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovanni Hoffmann saved Cascatinha United from getting behind. The supporters of Cascatinha United booed when Akira アキラ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jefferson Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Akira アキラ's goal looked a bit too open when Clóvis de Senna came free, but Leonardo Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Aníbal de Queirós made a precise shot to the right of Leonardo Vargas. Akira アキラ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Santos Fidensio scored 1-4 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonardo Vargas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Vargas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Téo Leite went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronaldo MacAlister to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute, Bonifacio Bonifaco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Vargas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. A collision led to Akira アキラ getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Cauã Mineiro hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Akira アキラ's goalkeeper Leonardo Vargas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abelardo Nascimento. Clóvis de Senna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Leonardo Vargas made a huge save. If Santos Fidensio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 79 played minutes Akira アキラ got a freekick which was hit by Raí Pires. Cascatinha United made a substitution. Jânio Furlan replaced Ronaldo Veiga.
