In the 34thth minute of the game Luiz Paulo de Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube Paulista da Mooca's Reinaldo Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clube Paulista da Mooca were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Triforce Super Soccer's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Haroldo Almeida took the corner. Clube Paulista da Mooca's Doni Prado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cristian Salles in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 37th minute, Triforce Super Soccer's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eliézer Varela fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Reinaldo Faria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulo de Lima in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Haroldo Almeida hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. José Paulo Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. A collision led to Clube Paulista da Mooca getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Doni Prado hit a great ball. Reinaldo Faria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Paulo de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 played minutes Triforce Super Soccer got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Pascal Croissant. Clube Paulista da Mooca's Reinaldo Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo de Lima in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Clube Paulista da Mooca's Dadá Mattos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dadá Mattos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Clube Paulista da Mooca protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dadá Mattos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Triforce Super Soccer made a substitution. Cafu Paraíba replaced Eduard Kovalchuk. Reinaldo Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandrinho Passos in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte Trevisan in the 85th minute of play forced Clube Paulista da Mooca's goalkeeper Reinaldo Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Haroldo Almeida got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristian Salles quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the final whistle sounded Triforce Super Soccer left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Clube Paulista da Mooca.
