Carlos Ramos came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Nhungarinthians's Conrado Netto. But to his dismay, Conrado Netto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. JEC - FC's Carlos Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus-Vinícius Franceschelli in the 11th minute of play. 1-1 became the score in the 13th minute when Julio Baptista elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Célestin Harter hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Carlos Ramos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jefferson Paulista in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Baptista in the 20th minute of play forced Nhungarinthians's goalkeeper Edmund Kojder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Conrado Netto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of JEC - FC's Carlos Ramos. Carlos Ramos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carlos Ramos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus-Vinícius Franceschelli in the 24th minute. In the 29th minute, Nhungarinthians's Jefferson Paulista ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlos Ramos. Carlos Ramos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. 36 minutes into the match, JEC - FC's goalkeeper Carlos Ramos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jefferson Paulista. After 42 played minutes JEC - FC got a freekick which was hit by Liu Xiang Zhen. Carlos Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willian Camargo in the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Conrado Netto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Ramos was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Carlos Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willian Camargo in the 52nd minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, Conrado Netto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Ramos. JEC - FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Conrado Netto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Carlos Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson Paulista in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute Conrado Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nhungarinthians fans cheered their team off the field, for while JEC - FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
