After 4 minutes, Vicente Quintal made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. AD Oeiras's Dino Varela tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the match, Vicente Quintal notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of AD Oeiras's Dino Varela. Dino Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Vicente Quintal put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dino Varela. After 19 minutes, Maurinho Loureiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AD Oeiras and the The Best Ones players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Vicente Quintal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dino Varela was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Dino Varela made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Vicente Quintal sent off a good shot on target. The Best Ones's Vicente Quintal got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Vicente Quintal made a precise shot to the right of Dino Varela. AD Oeiras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Dino Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Vicente Quintal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dino Varela. The goal made the score 9-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 9-0.

AD Oeiras's Kléber Reis was substituted for José Maria Bezerra. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vicente Quintal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AD Oeiras's Dino Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Tande in the 54th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of AD Oeiras's goalie and right to Alexandre Tande. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. AD Oeiras's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The The Best Ones fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when The Best Ones's Vicente Quintal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Quintal in the 64th minute of play forced AD Oeiras's goalkeeper Dino Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Best Ones's Vicente Quintal got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Vicente Quintal notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of AD Oeiras's Dino Varela. Dino Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. AD Oeiras's Dino Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Quintal in the 71st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Vicente Quintal put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dino Varela. The audience was convinced that Vicente Quintal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dino Varela was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. After 76 minutes of play, The Best Ones's Vicente Quintal made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dino Varela was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 14-0 when Vicente Quintal sped through AD Oeiras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dino Varela. In the 83rd minute Cristóvão de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristóvão de Sousa in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dino Varela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ademar Alves hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Emerson Moura hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes, The Best Ones's Jean Correia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dino Varela came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in The Best Ones reached it. 95 minutes into the game, The Best Ones's Cristóvão de Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dino Varela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 16-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Best Ones had played much better football throughout.
