Zhuang Shi Ting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honrio Carretero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Divina Comédia FC's Leo Larsson got a free kick in the 16th minute. Paulo José kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Honrio Carretero scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zhuang Shi Ting, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zhuang Shi Ting made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo José in the 24th minute. Dé Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliézer Cavalcante in the 30th minute of play. Ique Football Club's Dé Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliézer Cavalcante in the 38th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aloísio da Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. Betão Catarinense hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Dé Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliézer Cavalcante in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Ique Football Club's goalkeeper Dé Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliézer Cavalcante. In the 58th minute, Conrado de Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ique Football Club booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ique Football Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Eliézer Cavalcante scored to the left of an out of position Dé Andrade, making the score, 1-3. 89 minutes into the match, Divina Comédia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yaseen Bo Hamad came free, but Zhuang Shi Ting reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Divina Comédia FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Conrado de Salles was slow to take the kick. During this time Ique Football Club's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Ique Football Club's corner Conrado de Salles fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zhuang Shi Ting quite easily take care of the ball. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Eliézer Cavalcante sped through Ique Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dé Andrade. Divina Comédia FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Ique Football Club's much stronger midfield.
