Shen Yi Yuan was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Bernardinho Leão capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernardinho Leão really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Goblins F.C.'s Shen Yi Yuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaltino Dantas in the 28th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zeca Carneiro during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Goblins F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeca Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. Goblins F.C.'s Zeca Carneiro got his second yellow card of the match in the 47th minute. The referee ordered Zeca Carneiro off the ground. After 48 played minutes Goblins F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Lind. José Augusto de Andrade might have been able to make a better finish in the 49th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Shen Yi Yuan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Augusto de Andrade ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Manfredo Travassos made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Bernardinho Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shen Yi Yuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shen Yi Yuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfredo Travassos in the 58th minute of play. Bixintxo Clusella hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Shen Yi Yuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo Travassos in the 61st minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Belo Academy's Manfredo Travassos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shen Yi Yuan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Shen Yi Yuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Travassos, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Belo Academy's Luís Eduardo Mazza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Belo Academy from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute Bernardinho Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shen Yi Yuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Bernardinho Leão notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Goblins F.C.'s Shen Yi Yuan. Shen Yi Yuan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luís Eduardo Mazza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edvard Carlsson went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Belo Academy getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. José Augusto de Andrade hit a great ball. With a little luck, Belo Academy's Luís Eduardo Mazza got control of the ball when Augusto Stephen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Belo Academy were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Goblins F.C. for a fine match.
