Thanks to some nice moves Ricardinho Vianna could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Luizão Vargas however easily saved by the left post. Christoffel Vinck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Yuri da Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caveira FC Rondoniense's Luizão Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel de Godoi in the 9th minute of play. 9 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Olivedos's Abel de Godoi fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The supporters of Caveira FC Rondoniense booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexsandro da Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Dulca in the 13th minute of play forced Olivedos's goalkeeper Yuri da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Christoffel Vinck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Yuri da Cunha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ricardinho Vianna got free with Luizão Vargas in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Panait Dulca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Abel de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luizão Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel de Godoi in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Eliazar in the 29th minute of play forced Olivedos's goalkeeper Yuri da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Ricardinho Vianna got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Yuri da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panait Dulca, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Armando Eliazar made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Caveira FC Rondoniense's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardinho Vianna came free, but Luizão Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yuri da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Jakue in the 59th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Caveira FC Rondoniense got a freekick which was hit by Christoffel Vinck. When Richard Richards fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caveira FC Rondoniense's protests and gave Richard Richards a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Olivedos booed when Caveira FC Rondoniense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Richards didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luizão Vargas came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Olivedos's Kaká Passos. But to his dismay, Kaká Passos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The Caveira FC Rondoniense players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Olivedos from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
