Oswaldo das Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oswaldo das Neves came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Marquês de Herval's Nestor Paraibano. But to his dismay, Nestor Paraibano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Nestor Paraibano scored 0-3 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oswaldo das Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Nestor Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nestor Paraibano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Nestor Paraibano put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Oswaldo das Neves. Marquês de Herval's Nestor Paraibano got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oswaldo das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Paraibano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Tapera's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Paraibano came free, but Oswaldo das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Tapera's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Martins came free, but Oswaldo das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Alfredo Martins notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Tapera's Oswaldo das Neves. Oswaldo das Neves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Paraibano in the 27th minute of play forced Tapera's goalkeeper Oswaldo das Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Alfredo Martins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oswaldo das Neves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Alfredo Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oswaldo das Neves having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Nestor Paraibano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Oswaldo das Neves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Martins went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. After 74 played minutes, Marquês de Herval's Moussa Kabre shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oswaldo das Neves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marquês de Herval reached it. After 75 played minutes Tapera got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Mazza. Douglas Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's Moussa Kabre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oswaldo das Neves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Marquês de Herval's German Cano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oswaldo das Neves. That made the score 0-12 after 80 minutes of play. Dida Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedê Figueiredo in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Tapera's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Martins came free, but Oswaldo das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Mazza lost his temper 86 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tapera fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! 0-13 came through a penalty shot after 88 played minutes, when Marquês de Herval:s Moussa Kabre calmly waited for Tapera:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Paraibano got free with Oswaldo das Neves in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd match minute, Tapera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sergipano to maneuver through the defense. After 94th play minutes Nestor Paraibano shot 0-14, a short shot which went by Oswaldo das Neves and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Nestor Paraibano took a quick shot and it went in 0-15 without a chance for Oswaldo das Neves to make any attempt to save it. Marquês de Herval played a much better game than Tapera and deserved their victory. The Tapera players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
