Tapera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 8th minute, Zafer Yalçıner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oswaldo das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Christian da Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capivara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Capivara getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ramone Cabrini hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zafer Yalçıner in the 17th minute of play forced Tapera's goalkeeper Oswaldo das Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 狄雄鸿 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Luz in the 27th minute of play. Oswaldo das Neves came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Capivara's Leandro Cosme. But to his dismay, Leandro Cosme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 34 minutes into the match, Leandro Cosme notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Tapera's Oswaldo das Neves. Oswaldo das Neves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Tapera getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Oséas Porto hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Capivara's Renan Urbano in action when he in the 39th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Oswaldo das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zafer Yalçıner in the 42nd minute of the match. Leandro Cosme scored 0-5 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oswaldo das Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

50 minutes into the game, Leandro Cosme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Oswaldo das Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 狄雄鸿 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Nardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 played minutes Tapera got a freekick which was hit by Dedê Figueiredo. Oswaldo das Neves was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Christian da Fonseca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christian da Fonseca really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. 76 minutes into the game, Capivara's Christian da Fonseca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oswaldo das Neves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. In the 81st minute, Christian da Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oswaldo das Neves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. Oswaldo das Neves was a little too slow when Leandro Cosme got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 0-12. Honorato Nardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 狄雄鸿 having to interfere. Oswaldo das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian da Fonseca in the 90th minute of play. Sílvio Luiz Massa's late challenge caught a Capivara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sílvio Luiz Massa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Leandro Cosme reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oswaldo das Neves. The goal made the score 0-13. When the match was over Capivara could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tapera throughout the match.
