Ernesto Vargas was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, Henrique Borges had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ernesto Vargas. NEGRITUDE FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrique Borges was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henrique Borges stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edu Carvalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Vargas having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Carvalho in the 65th minute of play forced NEGRITUDE FC's goalkeeper Ernesto Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Baldomero Hermon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Vargas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. A throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game was made by Baltazar de Castro with Trent Alexander-Arnold as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Carvalho in the 77th minute of play forced NEGRITUDE FC's goalkeeper Ernesto Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ made a substitution. Valdemar Tepedino replaced Felippe Pitta. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ made a substitution. Emiel Desmet replaced Naldo Valladares. Thanks to some nice moves Hayri Pitirimov could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Ernesto Vargas however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Trent Alexander-Arnold during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. NEGRITUDE FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Edu Carvalho scored to the left of an out of position Ernesto Vargas, making the score, 0-17. The NEGRITUDE FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
