NOCIVOS's Jaques Wyfliets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerônimo Moreno in the 21st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as NOCIVOS's Ion Chiritã slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Genílson Dante. That made the score 1-1 after 22 minutes of play. In the 26th minute Enio Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaques Wyfliets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enio Gomes in the 27th minute of play forced NOCIVOS's goalkeeper Jaques Wyfliets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Enio Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Enio Gomes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jaques Wyfliets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo Moreno in the 31st minute of play. Enio Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaques Wyfliets having to interfere. Geovanni Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Ramos got free with Genílson Dante in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

A collision led to BARBARIDADE G.M. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Jerônimo Moreno hit a great ball. In the 69thth minute of the game Anders Dannervig who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Genílson Dante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Carlos Gamarra shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 73rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jaques Wyfliets but with some difficulty. Robert Baggio hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Enio Gomes notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of NOCIVOS's Jaques Wyfliets. Jaques Wyfliets was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jaques Wyfliets made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerônimo Moreno in the 88th minute.
